Slapton Wheelers started in 2009 with a few friends going for a bike ride occasionally and over time more people joined the group. In    2010 we participated in the London to Brighton and it all seems to have grown from there. Our base is the Carpenters Arms in Slapton where we meet prior to each training session and then often afterwards. We use the pub sign as our logo which we have on all the shirts.

Join us for The Slapton Wheeler on Sunday 3 July! It is a popular Chilterns event consisting of a classic hilly long route of 100 miles, a new 100 km route and also a 13 mile family ride for those new to organised events. The event is organised by the Slapton Wheelers in partnership with Chilterns MS Centre.

The Chilterns MS Centre is an independent registered charity that provides therapies, treatment and support to over 550 people with multiple sclerosis (MS), their family members and carers.  The money raised by this event will help the Centre continue to care for 300 people weekly, by providing physio, oxygen, hydro, complementary and occupational therapy
